The story behind Children of the Sun (COTS)
After raising my own children, two of whom required special needs, I realised I had a great passion and desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Children of the Sun is immensely proud to have built its programs around the needs of everyone that chooses our services.
Our tagline ‘Inclusion for All’ is to ensure that all individuals are included in a group or an activity and are given the opportunity to participate, if that is their wish.
Late 2019 we were so excited to become an NDIS registered provider.
Our aim is to build a range of programs that suits our participants individually or in a group, give them choice and allow them to show what they can do.
I am immensely proud of our dedicated team who works really hard with each participant to create a personalised program around their individual interests, needs and goals. It gives us a great sense of achievement when we see our participant’s progress or achieve.
