Services provided by Children Of The Sun
Here at Children of the Sun Pty Ltd we offer an amazing range of services. Our regular group activities consist of a Social Arts and Craft Program, Cooking Classes and a Community Access program whereby our clients and their families can attend organised events on the weekend to various locations such as the zoo. During school holidays we organise outings for school students that include venues like bowling, mini golf and the movies. At the moment, due to Covid-19 we are offering many virtual events. Keep a look out on our page for future programs!
We can also assist in looking for work and have an employment program called SLES. This is a School Leaver Employer Support program set up by NDIS to assist Year 12 leavers in preparing for transition from school to work by improving their skills and employment opportunities in readiness to join the workforce. The support is available for up to 2 years and is only available to those leavers who are eligible for NDIS.
